Carl has been an EMT since 1978 and in 1980 started the ERT at King's College where he earned an BS in Business and a BS in Marketing. He has been a firefighter, fire-captain, scout master, college professor. Carl is currently working as EMT instructor, OSHA Instructor, MOAB Instructor, Rape Crisis Counselor and Safety Officer.
