Jeff Kuklinski

Dr. Kuklinski has over twenty years’ experience in emergency medicine with a special interest in emergency medical services. He is currently board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services and serves as the Chief of the Division of EMS for Lehigh Valley Health Network. His role as a division chief affords him the opportunity to oversee the EMS activity within the network. Those responsibilities include providing medical direction for the networks critical care air and ground program, the networks ALS/BLS ground program, and the department of public safety. He also serves as the EMS specialist and liaison for the network’s service lines including trauma, neurology, and cardiology. In addition to his responsibilities at LVHN, he is very active in many aspects of the EMS system. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Eastern PA EMS council and is involved in several committees and projects within the council. He serves as a medical director for several EMS agencies in the region including the City of Allentown, City of Allentown Police Department-ERT, Macungie EMS, Bally EMS, Upper Perkiomen EMS, Hegins EMS, Lehigh County Special Operations, and several QRS agencies including Bear Creek Ski Patrol. He also serves as the medical director for the Pocono Raceway and lead emergency medicine physician for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. On a state level, Dr. Kuklinski is a board member for the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation and the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council. Nationally, he is a member of the EMS subcommittee within The American Osteopathic Emergency Physicians and a member of the HEMS and TEMS subcommittees for the National Association of EMS Physicians. Dr. Kuklinski’s passion for EMS keeps him actively engaged within several facets of prehospital care. Whether it is in a classroom or riding alongside in an ambulance, you can see his passion for educating prehospital providers and passing along his knowledge to enhance the care delivered in the field. His dedication to EMS is a testament to his respect for the prehospital provider and the honor of being a part of the EMS system.
