John Oast

John Oast, MS, CHPA is a career law enforcement and healthcare security administrator and instructor. He completed his undergraduate studies at George Mason University and received his master's in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati. He began his law enforcement career in Virginia and has been with Geisinger since 2011. He is currently an international board member for the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety and has presented on healthcare security topics throughout the United States and internationally.
