A review of research and a quality improvement project on healthcare workplace violence. This presentation will give an overview of previous findings and research on workplace violence in healthcare.

Next, the presentation will identify the steps taken in a healthcare facility to improve workplace violence reporting and decrease its effects as part of a quality improvement project. This presentation will also share the findings of that project.
